Pilates and Glow Pop Up Class Wednesday 11/15 from 5:30-6:30pm.
Join us for a 60 minute low impact HIIT Pilates workout class taught by Kiana Gibbs. Bring your mat, a water bottle, and yourself for this full body burn, guaranteed to make you sweat. Kiana uses basic Pilates principles to create the perfect high intensity workout. All skill levels are welcome, and no Pilates experience is necessary. All participants will also receive a FREE full size Jan Marini C-esta Vitamin C cleanser. We hope to see you there!
